Faith-rooted. Embodied. For women ready to live what they believe.

This is a space where truth moves out of your head and into your life—because knowing Scripture and living it are two very different things.

why this movement exists

Here to Remind You is a Christian spiritual wellness movement for women.

Rooted in Romans 12:2, we believe transformation begins with remembrance—of who you are, what God has spoken over you, and what’s always been within you.

This is a place for the woman who knows the truth but struggles to live it. The woman who can quote the Scripture but still wakes up feeling forgotten. The woman whose faith lives in her head and hasn’t yet found a home in her body.

We exist to close that gap—through embodied faith practices, sacred storytelling, and experiences that make Scripture feel less like information and more like home.

This isn’t self-help. This is remembrance.

And do not be conformed to this world [any longer with its superficial values and customs], but be transformed and
progressively changed [as you mature spiritually] by the renewing of your mind [focusing on godly values and ethical attitudes], so that you may prove [for yourselves] what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect [in His plan and purpose for you].

Meet The WOMAN BEHIND THE MOVEMENT

I’m Hayden, founder of Here to Remind You—and I create spaces, practices, and experiences that help Christian women live what they believe, not just know it.

Before Here to Remind You became a brand, it was a whispered invitation from God—to slow down, to remember, and to trust Him deeply again.

I’ve spent years walking with women through seasons of identity, transition, and calling—not from a stage or a spotlight, but from sacred, quiet spaces where faith is wrestled with and gently restored. My background is in psychology, but most of my formation happened off-paper—in the secret place with God, in valleys of waiting and wilderness, and in the conversations where identity and faith quietly come back into focus.

This movement began with words I needed to hear: reminders to breathe, to believe again, to trust that God makes all things beautiful in time. I wrote them down. Prayed them in. Shared them slowly. And something holy began to unfold—not just in me, but around me.

Here to Remind You was never meant to be about me. It’s a collective return. A quiet revolution. A faith-rooted movement of women being re-aligned with who they’ve always been in God.

It looks like spiritual wellness.
It looks like a remembering.
And I’m honored to walk with you in it.

ROOTED IN THESE TRUTHS

JESUS IS THE CENTER

Everything begins with His presence. We follow His lead, not the world’s.

THIS WORK IS WORSHIP

We create with reverence—honoring God through presence over performance.

INTEGRITY OVER INFLUENCE

We follow obedience, not algorithms. If God didn’t lead it, we don’t launch it.

SACRED RHYTHMS MATTER

We move at the pace of peace—anchored in rest, reflection, and intentionality.

HEALING IS HOLY

Wholeness takes time. This is a place to be held, not hurried.
