ZOE:
LIVING EPHESIANS
An 8-week journey into God’s abundant life
You’re tired of knowing Scripture in your head. Let’s live it in your body.
What does “zoe” mean?
Zoe is the Greek word for God’s divine, eternal, abundant life—distinct from mere physical existence.
It’s not just being alive. It’s being fully alive in God.
Jesus said in John 10:10: “I came that they may have life [zoe] and have it abundantly.
That’s what this program is:
8 weeks of moving from knowing about God’s abundant life to actually living in it.
From head knowledge to embodied presence.
From knowing to being.
That’s what this program is built on. Not the life you perform. The life you already have.

You know Ephesians. You’ve studied it, highlighted it, heard sermons on it.
But you’re still asking yourself:
Do I feel chosen when my alarm goes off tomorrow morning?
Do I feel beloved when I’m drowning in my to-do list?
Do I feel God’s nearness in my actual, everyday life?
You know Scripture. you just don’t know how to live it.
That’s the gap this program closes.
Let me be clear about what I mean by “beloved.”
Beloved means you are God’s chosen one. His delight. The daughter He treasures—not because of what you do, but because of Whose you are.
You don’t earn belovedness. you don’t perform for it. You can’t lose it.
You already are it.
But most of us only know that in our heads. Our bodies have no idea.
And that’s the problem.
What becomes possible
When your body knows you’re beloved—not just your head—everything opens up.
You set boundaries without guilt because you know your worth isn’t tied to pleasing people.
You rest without shame because you trust you’re loved for who you are, not what you produce.
You show up in relationships from fullness, not depletion. You make choices aligned with who you actually are, not who you think you should be.
Here’s what shifts
The way you speak to yourself when you mess up
Grace instead of criticism
The risks you’re willing to take
You’re not afraid of failure defining you
The energy you bring to your day
You’re now grounded, not frantic
The presence you offer others
Because you’re not constantly performing
When you live from belovedness instead of striving for it?
You stop exhausting yourself trying to earn what’s already yours.
This program teaches your body what your head already knows.
Ephesians is the book of identity.
Paul tells the church who they are before telling them what to do.
and here’s what I keep hearing from women:
“I forget who I am when I’m busy and stressed.”
“I feel disconnected from God even though I’m active in my faith.”
“I know truth in my head but can’t seem to live it.”
Sound familiar?
Ephesians doesn’t just tell you who you are.
It invites you to embody it.

This isn’t a bible study
I need to be clear about this.
Bible studies are beautiful—they give us depth, context, theological grounding.
I love them. They’re foundational. But this program is something different.
This isn’t homework or workbooks or proving you understood the chapter.
We’re not adding more information to your head. We’re moving what you already know into your body.
Here’s what we’re actually doing:
Guided Visualizations
Creating space to encounter God, not just learn about Him
Embodiment Practices
Moving truth from your head into your chest, your breath, your daily life
Daily
Community
Where you don’t perform or have the right answers, you just show up
What does “embodiment” even mean?
It’s the bridge between knowing and being.
It’s not just thinking “I am beloved”—it’s feeling it in your chest when you wake up anxious.
It’s not just knowing “God is near”—it’s sensing His presence in your breath when you’re overwhelmed.
Embodiment is truth lived in your actual body.
That’s what we practice for 8 weeks.
How embodiment actually works
Your beliefs aren’t just stored in your mind. They’re stored in your body.
Neuroscience shows us: your nervous system holds patterns. When you’ve spent years operating from “I have to earn love,” your body has learned that pattern. It’s wired into your neural pathways.
That’s why more Bible studies don’t work. They give you more information for your head.
But your body hasn’t learned the truth yet.
What we do instead:
Week 1 example: you’ll place your hand on your heart and say out loud:
“Before I do anything today, I am already chosen. I am already loved.”
You’ll notice: Does your chest open? Do your shoulders drop? Does your breath deepen?
That’s your body learning the truth.
Then throughout the week, when you catch yourself in performance mode, you’ll pause.
Hand on heart. Whisper: “I’m already chosen.”
That’s embodiment. Not just thinking truth. Feeling it.
Practicing it. Until your body believes what your head knows.
The science behind this:
Neuroplasticity: repeated practices create new neural pathways
Somatic experiencing: bringing awareness to your body releases stored patterns
Mindfulness research: present-moment awareness changes brain structure
This isn’t woo-woo. It’s neuroscience. It’s psychology. It’s Scripture lived in your actual body.
the 8-week
journey
Who you are in Christ
Where you are now: Waking up anxious, forgetting who you are before your feet hit the floor, performing to prove your worth
Where you’re going: Feeling chosen in your body before you do anything to earn it, remembering your belovedness when stress hits

The Eyes of Your Heart Enlightened
Where you are now: You know God loves you, but it stays in your head—you go through the motions of faith and still feel disconnected from it
Where you’re going: The eyes of your heart enlightened—moving from reciting truth to actually seeing and feeling it in your everyday life

From Death to Life
Where you are now: Going through the motions, feeling spiritually disconnected even though you’re doing all the “right things”—church attendance, quiet times, service—but still feeling empty
Where you’re going: Experiencing God’s nearness in your actual day, not just in your quiet time—sensing His presence in the carpool line, at your desk, in the mundane

One Body, Many Parts
Where you are now: Isolated in your struggle, comparing your messy middle to everyone else’s highlight reel, afraid to admit you’re not okay
Where you’re going: Connected in authentic community where you can share the nitty-gritty without shame, knowing other women are fighting the same battles

Living Into Your Purpose
Where you are now: Stuck in a job that feels like a placeholder, knowing there’s “something more” but terrified to step toward it, watching time pass while you wait for permission or certainty
Where you’re going: Clarity on your unique calling, courage to take the next step even without the full roadmap, trusting God’s timing while actively moving forward

Putting off, Putting on
Where you are now: Stuck in old patterns, beating yourself up for the same struggles, feeling like “this is just who i am” and change is impossible
Where you’re going: Experiencing actual transformation, noticing new patterns forming, extending grace to yourself in the process, believing change is possible

Rooted Enough to Love
Where you are now: You keep giving to everyone else until there’s nothing left. You want to walk in love but you’re burned out and running on empty—confusing love with depletion and strength with striving, trying to do both and exhausted by the effort.
Where you’re going: Rooted enough to love sustainably. Discovering that strength in the Lord isn’t grinding harder—it’s going deeper. And that you can only give from what you’re standing in.

Living it All Together
Where you are now: Compartmentalized life (spiritual self on Sundays, work self Monday-Friday, mom self at home)—exhausted from managing different versions of yourself
Where you’re going: Integrated wholeness, the same woman everywhere, God woven into every area, no more performing or code-switching

I have a psychology degree and trauma-informed care training. I’m also a certified life coach with 10+ years of experience in spiritual wellness and embodiment work.
But what matters most: I’ve walked this journey myself. I know what it’s like to know Scripture in your head but feel disconnected from God’s presence in your body. I know the gap between knowing you’re beloved and actually feeling it.
This program is what I wish I’d had.
