Here to Remind You™ is a Spirit-led movement helping women return to truth, wholeness, and rest. Faith · Identity · Wellness

Nearly two years ago, God asked me to go full-time Nearly two years ago, God asked me to go full-time in entrepreneurship and build Here to Remind You

In that time, I’ve created, grown, pivoted, and poured so much into this space
But one thing I haven’t done enough? Pause

Not just a weekly Sabbath, but a real, intentional step back
A pause that isn’t about catching my breath just to keep going, but about fully resting in God—letting Him lead while I let go

The last two years have been fullllllllll
Running a business, being in therapy, navigating relationships, moving, getting married (!!), and growing in ways I never expected
Through it all, I’ve done my best to stay in alignment, to trust, to keep building
But if I’m honest, rest has sometimes felt like too big of a surrender—like if I stop, something might fall apart

A huge part of my purpose—my calling—is meeting women where they’re at
Holding space for them, supporting them as they figure things out, reminding them to be kind to themselves in the process
But I’ve realized I haven’t always extended that same kindness to myself
I’ve encouraged others to pause, to rest, to trust God in the in-between, while quietly resisting that same invitation in my own life

But God has kindly been reminding me (again and again) that He’s always working, even when I’m resting
That trust isn’t just about moving forward—it’s about being still when He asks me to be

So for a little while, I’m stepping back from posting, from the backend work, from doing
I’ll be spending more time with God—getting back into movement, finally reading the books I keep side-eyeing on my shelf, enjoying more time outside, and just slowing down
No pressure to produce, just space to be present

Maybe this is your reminder too
If rest has felt inconvenient, uncomfortable, or like something you’ll “get to later,” what if later is now?

Brb, sweet friends 🤍
Wellness has started to feel like pressure Pressu Wellness has started to feel like pressure

Pressure to perform
To have a flawless routine
To approach it like everyone else

But what if it could look different? What if wellness was meant to feel peaceful?

If God’s plans for you are for peace and well-being, why does the ‘typical’ wellness approach rarely feel peaceful?

If you’ve been craving something different—a way to live well that actually feels good, instead of just another thing to check off your to-do list—you’re not alone

“For I know the plans and thoughts that I have for you,” says the Lord, “plans for peace and well-being and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.” — Jeremiah 29:11 (AMP)

Here’s to giving yourself permission to drop pressure and perfection and pick up peace and presence 🤍

Being called someone’s Meghan Sussex?? That’s a different kind of sweet

She’s soft, intentional, and loves people well—the way she creates beautiful moments, pours into her friendships, and moves with grace? 10/10 woman

Here’s your reminder that choosing love, softness, and intention will never go out of style 🤍
